I first came across Simply Private Staff several years ago and was placed by Glyn in an excellent role where I stayed for 2.5 years. I cannot recommend SPS enough as an agency, and in particular Glyn, for his efficiency, support and in depth knowledge of this industry. In the initial stages of the job application, he assisted in so many areas in terms of development of candidate profile, visa for trial, negotiation of contract etc., which I am hugely grateful for. Throughout my time with that family when any issue arose, the agency completely supported me throughout and resolved any matter with the utmost urgency and communicated with the family on my behalf so that it didn't interfere with my work.Glyn has gone above and beyond to help me personally which he is not obliged to do and yet doesn't hesitate, particularly in terms of references and transitioning into a new role when I left. In fact, Glyn assisted me in obtaining a new role and often keeps in touch with up to date roles that may be suitable or of interest to me. I feel very much indebted to SPS and to Glyn.
