Driver of reg number PO17 CLF driver today endangering road users on M1. Driving erratically between j8 and j9, tail gaiting, swerving back and forth between lanes 1 and 3. Almost took out a merc in traffic and cut up a lorry. Driver need to be fired immediately or he's going to kill people

Very rude driver who banged unnecessarily on my car as I was parking in front of his coach this morning in Plymouth and told me in no uncertain terms not to park too close to him. I wasn't going to park too close, I am an advanced driver and know all about the rules of the road and leaving enough space for other vehicles to exit etc. Whilst wearing The Travellers Choice uniform drivers should be aware they are representing the company and be polite and friendly to all. This was not the way to ask someone to move anyway but had he waited for 2 seconds I was about to move forward anyhow. I now have a negative opinion of the company and will not ever look to travel with them in the future. Customer service training needed for this rude man methinks.

Would like to thank Mike (i think that was his name) who was our coach driver to Beamish yesterday (31st July 2023). A very kind and easy to talk to gentleman who made our journey feel safe and comfortable. We will definitely be using Travellers Choice again for future day excursions. Mike, our driver was 100% professional throughout the pick up, drop-off, journey and travel back home. Nothing was of too much trouble for him and he is a true credit to the business. Hopefully we can have you as our driver in the future :)

Very rude female driver who thinks she owns the road. Aggressive driving! definitely would avoid booking.

Bob Turnoch was our drive. His skill and patience in getting around the narrow streets and dealing with heavy traffic was amazing. He was always polite and courteous, as well as friendly. I would highly recomend him.

Idiotic driving on the M25 today. Constantly using the left hand Lane to undertake, then moving across the right hand lanes with no indicators. He then proceeded to sway in the 2nd hand Lane nearly hitting a black car. Suspect the driver is on their phone or drunk, a vehicle of that size and weight even just swaying is exceptionally dangerous let alone what else this guy was doing. He undercut a small up car and then he swerved in front of a white Mini Cooper to get back into the left hand lane and the mini had to slam on his brakes nearly causing a pile up. All footage sent to police. 70 UNX.

Really bad service from this company. They arrived 1.30hrs late. No apologies. Rude driver.The coach was smelling so bad. Literally it was like sitting in the toilet for the duration.

One of your coaches has been sat outside of my flat since at least 10:30 this morning with its engine running. It's now 1:30pm and it's still running in Union terrace parking lot. Disgraceful

My grandparents went on a day trip to Southport with Travellers choice.Unfortunately they forgot when and where the coach was supposed to pick them up at the end of the excursion.I contacted the office who were very helpful and efficient. They contacted the driver to confirm the pick up details and then gave us this information.They reassured us that the coach wouldn't leave without my grandparents and that someone would be on call" from the office until the coach trip had returned home in case of any further issues.We were very impressed with the level of customer service and friendliness of the staff."
