Waste of time!Called to inquire if they have a product in stock and they confirmed I can pick it up.1 hour later I arrive and they said it's gone from stock for a few weeks.Done 50km for nothing, wasted my time and money on fuel & tolls.

Installing single ply membrane since 2004.Had the pleasure of meeting luke for the 1st time on a site visit for warranty application. upon inspection of correct installation of vapour control layer,insulation Install,wind load calculations ,single ply membrane install, and workmanship.very pleased to learn he had extensive hands on experience as a flat roofer,as well as technical knowledge to back it up.i learned a lot in a short period from asking him questions. Both technical and installation. Very helpful and down to earth guy.

I have been dealing with the technical department for a few years now and find Luke and john very friendly and helpful always at the end of a telephone giving professional advice ,and making frequent site visits also also make sure the product is fitted correctly, safely in a safe professional and tidy way.The two main product s I use are torch.on felt and single ply pvc membrane which very easy to work with I would highly recommend soprema to any other contractors and would like to thank them for their continuous excellent serviceRegards Mark Patterson
