Totally professional, I called in an emergency for my mother as her heating had packed up, I told him the faults and instantly told me the cure. I removed the overflow pipe and kicked back into life, I run my own business and I work like this too. Would 100% recommend. Once again thankyou very much

Searched for a replacement cartridge for a kitchen mixer tap and up popped Rob Staley - tap repairs. He was local and gave him a call. Super quick response. He requested some details which I provided and with two days he was round with the part and installed it. Great communication and follow-up service.

I experienced a very prompt and efficient service from Rob Staley. I emailed about a non-urgent tap repair and he responded immediately, and came within 2 hours as he was already in the area. He was able to make the repair quickly, and had the necessary parts on his van already. I am happy to recommend him without hesitation.
