Jo is wonderful! She has a great personality and is welcoming and supportive of all abilities and people. I look forward to her classes that are filled with positive energy, great music, and fun. Zumba with Jo - Let's go!
I started attending Jo's Zumba Gold class in Worthing in the spring; very nervous, as an overweight person lacking in self-confidence. Jo immediately put me at ease. She is a fantastic inspirational teacher and her classes are fun and easy to follow. You can work at your own level, there is no judgement. Everyone is really friendly and Jo even organises social and fundraising events.

Zumba with Jo - Let's go!
My first Zumba Gold with Jo on Friday 13th October at Heene Community Centre in Worthing. I loved it! I have now reached a time in my life where I need to do exercise with less impact. This class met my needs by giving me lots of movements that raised my heart rate to a safe level. Together with great music this was the perfect way to spend 45 minutes. Jo is a great instructor with friendly personality and bursting with energy. I hope to go to many more classes.

These classes are great. Everyone is really friendly and we all keep coming back. Jo is very knowledgeable and motivating whilst still running a fun exercise class. The classes are aimed at all abilities. I’m totally hooked!

I attend Jo’s Zumba Gold classes twice a week and absolutely love it. It is easy to follow her routines and there is no pressure to be perfect. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend her classes.

Jo’s Zumba Class is fantastic. I have been attending for about three months now and can’t wait for the class to come round each week. I can definitely feel the benefits. The class is fun and Jo is a great leader. Can’t recommend enough.
