Brought varying sizes of the biodegradable bags, to which most break just to the touch. Such a shame as they are a lovely design and a great idea, just weak at the seams and no product info on what they are actually made of. Luckily not a lot of money wasted

Ordered on Sunday and collected Monday afternoon - the young lady who served me was very polite - I had made 2 separate orders and had only had confirmation that 1 was ready for collection - I explained this and ‘hey presto’ she came back with both orders - thank you very much

Didn’t realise it was click and collect drove 50 minuets, was told it’d take an hour to get the order ready.An hour to get a set of darts, was going to be the first time using them. Won’t be another terrible customer service.

The new darts I ordered, harrow supergrip 28g are perfect the weight of them is just what I wanted and also the engraving just adds that personal touch highly recommend and now my game will vastly improve.

Ordered a fairly cheap item, Royal Mail showed as delivered yet nothing was received. Contacted Darts Corner about it and they basically said the only way it could be resolved is to involve the police. Ridiculous service. Won’t be buying from them again.

Horrible service. They've now shipped me the wrong darts twice. Ordered 24 gram darts, received 22 gram darts, shipped them back, and then they shipped me 22 gram darts again. It's now been a month since the original order and I still do not have the darts I ordered. I would give no stars if I could.

I must admit, looking through the reviews there was a lot of people complaining about quality of certain products or the customs fees they had received after ordering from Darts corner.I understand why people wouldn't be happy if they had issues with orders but blaming Darts corner for a fault that a Manufacturer has had with their product doesn't seem logical to me.I proceeded to place an order with them and they were amazing with me. I can't fault them with their communication for my order and even the suggestions that were provided to me from their knowledgeable staff (Apologies I don't recall the persons name) when I called in to make sure what I was ordering was correct for me.I need a light for my board and maybe in a few months I might even look at upgrading my Samurai 2 board to one that isn't as hard. But from my experience, I will be ordering from Darts Corner for all my Darting needs.Please don't just look at the negative reviews as these can be misleading and paint a negative picture.

Received my £150 mission mystery box today, great products, board, darts and accessories, only small gripe I have NO bag or case to put all the new bits in. But deffo worth the money

Great experience, turned up to collect my bits that I had ordered and they were excellent with me, even though I had made a mistake! Would highly recommend!
