HQ Autocentre Garage
Took my car to HQ for a job that was covered under a warranty agreement. Unfortunately part way through the job it became apparent that my warranty supplier wanted to tighten the purse strings and only agree to the bare minimum of work required. Haroon at HQ kept me informed of this all the way through and still completed the work even after admitting he would be losing money on the job. He would not release the car half finished! This was a clear intention of his professionalism and attitude of putting the customer first. From the moment issues started to arise, HQ told me they not to worry about it. I felt respected and safe in the knowledge that they had my best interest at heart. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Any work paid for by myself going forward will be carried out by HQ because nothing seems to much trouble. The car after its work is running like a dream and I can't thank them enough.

Was in Blackburn for work and my car started to play up. Got it checked by these guys who went out of their way to diagnose and resolve the issue. Really nice group of guys who know what they’re doing and treat their customers extremely well.

Had been let down by 2 other garages who had booked me in and let me down last minute Harry from HQ booked me in and sorted my car out on the same day. Not only has the whole team been extremely professional throughout the process, they are very knowledgeable mechanics.Have taken all my cars and recommended HQ to my neighbours who now use this garage..Want a reliable and honest garage? True, honest professionals who genuinely care about helping you get your car sorted. They try their absolute best to help you. Always a fair price. Friendly, efficient, and always explain fully what they are doing and why. Both myself and my partner take our cars here and would definitely recommend that you do too!

Very professional approach, listened to about the issue I was facing with my car. Above all they dealt with the issue on the day on an emergency call out while majority garages wont even take your car in on the spot. Charges are also reasonable.All the staff I have been in contact were very polite and engaging.

Was referred to them for brakes service on my Disco Sport 2017. Surprisingly Haroon was able to squeeze me in for same day work. Ordered the parts and got them fitted while I waited for job to be completed.Excellent customer service with wonderful attitude all the way. Would blindly recommend them to anyone out there. Thanks again for that day.
