I have used 888 vape since I started vaping after quitting smoking in 2018, I’ve always found it the best quality and value and the friendliest and most helpful staff too, always knowledgeable about any kind of vape product. I always recommend 888 to friends and family. The two staff in Lincoln high street store are brilliant, really helpful and always make me feel happy with their positive energy and their professionalism is outstanding. So much knowledge. 10/10 all round for this branch and for this company as a whole.

Went in today to buy some liquids for my vape (which I'd bought somewhere else) the young lad behind the counter was so helpful and knowledgeable. He informed me that liquids I had been using were not suitable for my vape and that would have been why they tasted so prickly. He recommended the right ones and they're so much better! Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he mentioned he'd only been there four months and looked in his late teens early twenties, what an absolutely super employee, your shop should definitely be proud!

Went in today with an problematic device. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. The manager was really kind and generous especially when my little baby was crying. The lady was really helpful when I was trying to chat about the issue, and she was trying to occupy my baby.They just went above and beyond and I can't thank them any more!!

Never known such a consistently friendly shop in Lincoln. Very helpful, and always happy to help should a problem arise. I've used both of these shops regularly for at least 4 years now and still impressed with the friendliness of them all!
