Great service, great staff, amazing prices full service wash and dry cost me less than £10 - same service for same wash further down south (Heathrow) cost me in excess of £15

They said they were too busy to take a service wash oret me wash and dry myself so I said on the phone I'd try to find another launderette, person on the phone told me not to bother coming back?!?!

Had an issue with the posted hours. The owner responded about the confusion. Things happen. Hours have since been updated. I didn't get to wash my clothes there, but the place seemed nice. Thank you for responding and clarify the situation.Edit: Went in the following morning to wash my clothes. Spoke with the owner. She was very nice and explained everything again.

I called in advance and asked if they could take my washing and they said yes. I Arrived 30 mins later and was told they couldnt have my washing back until next day. I said you could have told me when i called. She said i should have told her how many bags. Obviosuly she didnt ask. Beacsue i DARED TO SAY you could have told me" she said she wouldnt do my washing. The boss told me to effin get out of his shop. I wasnt unpleasnt or agressive just said u could have told me. Poor poor poor customer service ."

Always a nice welcome. Get a full load of washing dried for about £3.00. Can park right outside with a Gregg's next door for a coffee. Perfect on those horrible wet days, gets the washing dried and put away.
