Love swimming at Moira Lakes. Martin and his team are super friendly and the venue is just amazing. I’ve also tried paddle boarding there and found it a lovely safe environment with great equipment and having a coach on the lake is great to support you improving

Moira Lakes Paddle Sports & Event Centre
First time paddle boarding, and I think this is a great place to learn. Was nervous about falling in until I learned it was only 5ft deep. Instructors were a great help and reassuring to have around too. Managed to get standing up not long in, even with a good few spills. Really enjoyed it, would recommend, and hope to be back again in the future.

Stayed recently at Moira lakes with a large cub scout group. Ages 8-10 and they had a ballStaff so friendly and helpfulKid’s partaking in paddle boarding, (all equipment supplied)Archery and climbing wall.View over the lake at nighttime is amazing.Stayed in one of the pods this weekend, sitting with a campfire and looking at the stars in the clear sky.Where would you get it on your doorstep!Back at end of June with large group of venture scouts, looking forward it!

Moira Lakes Paddle Sports & Event Centre
What a great hidden swimming spot! Tucked away between North Irish country farms this swimming hole is crystal clear and so clean. Plenty of amenities with a cafe, changerooms, things for hire and I think I even saw a rock climbing wall but not sure what it's for. Staff were super friendly and helpful. £5 to swim and £5 for a floaty thing that you apparently need to go in. They also have groups that come down for paddle boarding. When we went it was nice and busy but there's so much room to sit or stand on the grass with a few seats. Great place to go for a few laps or a quick dip in some nice cool (but not freezing) water.

What a find, and only 10 minutes from home. We attended today for my daughters birthday. We did the SUP experience followed by the Pizzas,( which were Devine!) highly recommended this for all ages.

Great facilities. Good paddle board instructors. Plenty of equipment to hire. Nice to see the cold water swimmers using the lake too. Camping available.

I recently visited Moira Lakes with my Daughter, It was our first time paddle boarding and was so much fun! The staff were so friendly and helpful, We will definitely be back for another visit.

Moira Lakes Paddle Sports & Event Centre
We had a lovely afternoon here! I was a bit worried setting out to go paddleboarding with a 5 and 9 year old but I actually found it relaxing (!) The staff were so helpful and did everything to make it fun for our group. There were staff out on the water so it felt really safe. We loved it! Thank you so much!

Been first time paddle boarding. The staff at Moira lakes were really professional, and helpful. The lake is big enough to accommodate a large group of people and the facilities are clean and practical. Really recommend the place.
