The Old Windmill
The windmill is a great pub. The beer quality and food is great. I would recommend the cheese board and pork pie. The staff are very friendly and provide quick service.A visit after the ice hockey on a Sunday night is worth a visit and occasionally they have live music.The courtyard space is also available for outdoor seating.

This is the BEST pub in the city centre. So welcoming and so pretty inside. There’s lots of rooms to sit. Lots of live music happening. Great tasting beer. If you’re visiting Coventry, this is the pub you need to visit. I think you’ll always be welcomed.

Great pub! Class and style. Good beer. Great food - pork pies, cheese board, cooked meats! Not always easy to find a place to stand or sit when it's busy.Update: Cheese night (once a month on Wednesdays?) Is superb

We have now been twice for the cheese and meat board between 2, £20 for two or £10 each and each time it’s been amazing, they allow extra crackers and the board itself is amazing and the staff are great, the only reason I marked it down on atmosphere is I can’t believe there aren’t more people in there having it! Excellent is all I can say!

Lovely welcoming pub with a great selection of ales, beers, wines, gins and cheese! Lots of events on - live music/cheese nights/book club/beer festivals.We love popping in for a drink in front of one of the fireplaces now the weather has turned too. Really quirky place with a great atmosphere.

Situated in a very interesting street, it's a very interesting historical pub! Delightful little nooks to sit in. Visit on a Sunday afternoon and the folk club can be heard sharing its ditties from the front room which is a real delight. Food wise pork pie was great and good beers on tap, including Old Peculiar, so always going to get a 10 from me - ticks all the boxes of what a traditional English pub can be.

What a pub!!!!!! I've had two spells of living in Coventry and I'm gutted that I didn't find this place either time! So full of character with little rooms and proper fires. The staff were lovely. Great beer and the meat/cheese platter most impressive. Highly recommended.
