I've always received good service, and the reception staff are always helpful.

I have been coming to this practice all my life and have no complaints. I am always seen promptly and the telephone triage has worked really well for me. I am often then offered an appointment on the day I ring, if there's a need. I have always been seen within a few minutes of the appointment time. I like the touch screen log in and the staff are polite and friendly. The receptionist knows my name, and I don't go very often.

I'm really disappointed about the service they provide. Doctors are unreachable and not really care about patients and they don't listen. I try to cure my sinuses and blocked nostrils for a couple years, trying so many different nasal sprays which did not work at all. Instead to send me to EMT specialists which I asked for I get another steroids spray...which did not work at all in the past. Only what's good there is a nurses and receptionists who are helpful. And doing great job. At this moment I have enough and I'm looking for a new surgery.

Easy to get through, unlike most doctor’s surgeries. Getting appointments is easy. Doctors call you back quickly, and are always patient and helpful. Staff at reception triage properly, and when I’ve needed help, I’ve had emergency GPs call. As far as doctors surgeries go, this is one of the best I’ve had.

Following a private consultation my surgeon asked me to request a referral from my GP to him on the Choose and book system. I was told by a very unhelpful receptionist that this was not the way it worked. Upon following up this was incorrect and a referral was made.......to the wrong consultant at the wrong hospital. The receptionist was then extremely rude to the secretary that was following and hung up. Unprofessional on all counts.

Standards are way off the charts, staff on reception are useless, don’t have a clue and will try to get you off the phone as soon as possible. Sandeep is the lady I spoke to very rude, didn’t have a clue and when I questioned her she went all defensive.GP I saw was practicing African man, he came across very professional but didn’t do his job properly. He was supposed to give me an open referral letter so I can see specialist private as he advised me it will take 2 upto 2 years for me to see a specialist, I went to pick up the letter and no one had a clue what I was on about. Had to explain my whole situation again infront of full waiting room, no privacy and when I asked for a call back from GP I was told that’s not possible !Really don’t know what are these people getting paid for, poor service, unhelpful ! I will like a call back from surgery manager asap

It seems that finally I found the right GP practise, so far the service received is excellent, I hope will progress in this way......

Very efficient and professional 99% of the time. Covid 'filtering' of patients can be frustrating. But when I really need them"; they will call you back or see you pretty quick (Asthma patient'). Personally: 99.9% happy. If I wasn't a first aider I would have been panicked a couple of times recently (spring 2022) because my son wasn't able to see a doc for A: asthma issue and B: chest pain (due to sports: blow to chest). Overall happy; but did feel a bit fobbed off
