Worst experience of my life.Purchased an electric car from them which was immediately not as advertised, with the range being significantly less than mentioned on the listing.Within a few weeks the battery failed in the middle of nowhere at 9pm while it was 2 degrees outside. I was alone out there waiting to be towed for 16 hours. A traumatic experience in itself, but also caused me to suffer from a severe illness due to being stuck in the cold.The car was towed back to the dealership and the tow truck operator pointed out that the car still had the original battery despite being 10 years old - which is clearly why it failed and left me in such a vulnerable position.At the dealership they gave me a “courtesy” car, which was in-fact an insurance write off. No paperwork was given.I heard nothing for 3 weeks about the car, until I had a missed call on Saturday, and a missed call on Monday, both while I was working. Today (Tuesday), an aggressive man shows up at my house, doesn’t knock to speak with me, simply unlocks the “courtesy” car and drives off with me personal possessions inside, ignoring me while I was asking for my possessions.I have no knowledge of whether the car I purchased has been fixed, or what has been done to rectify the issue. I have never received confirmation from the DVLA that the car was transferred to me.I have not been able to speak with the dealership since they took the “courtesy” car. They are not responding to messages and they hung up on my partner saying “I dont have to speak to you”.These fraudsters have stolen my belongings, caused two severely traumatic incidents, taken my money and are holding my car, and I have no way to get to the car, nor do I trust that it is fixed.Avoid like the plague.

First time purchasing a car from a dealer, they were really helpful. I was in a rush for a car as mine had blown up driving home from work and I needed one asap as I drive for work, found an amazing car at a really good price, there were a few small issues with the car that were not present when purchasing and they were really quick to sort these out for me, no problems at all, even loaned me a car while mine was being worked on. Very pleased with the service and communication from them and will definitely use them again in the future

Would highly recommend this place for buying a car. Spoke to ishy and told him to look out for a small car for me, and he delivered what I wanted. Was very professional and very easy to deal with. Love the customer service. Thank you, ishy. Will definitely be returning if I need to use them again.

Ish was very helpful and honest. I don’t know much about vans/cars, we sold our van to him and he gave a very fair price.

I was stuck between an A6 and E Class with 2 different dealers. Ishy was the first to respond was very easy to talk with. The car was exactly as described. Excellent service no fuss easy to deal with. Love the new car. 3 weeks later I still haven’t heard from the other dealer. Their loss!Edit- after sales care rarely gets a review after a car is sold. Well the Audi developed a fault. A common Audi problem according to various forums. Ishy took the car back within a day and provided a courtesy car. Within 3 days the car was fixed, cleaned and valeted again. Can’t fault the service!

Probably the worst ran dealership I've ever dealt with. Dealt with many dealers before and they are without doubt the worst. No organisation to anything and very unprofessional. Allowed me to complete and agree a finance agreement, before telling me that the van had been taken by the police for a robbery. Never heard anything like it in my life. Then stopped responding to messages about the sale of my part exchange vehicle. Avoid at all costs.
