Not so great. My kids were properly excited to try it they all went for the vanilla tea and coconut bubbles but it turned out they weren't bubbles at all! They were very dissapointed. Isn't it meant to be chilled too? or is it room temperature? It would have been great cold but it was barely room temperature. Oh well won't try again.

The amount of times I order from here after discovering bubble tea is insane! First time I ordered they didn't have the couple of items in stock. I called to ask about the items and I was told I can claim my missing items free of charge when im next in the area. Superb service!

If this place was a person , i would MARRY IT, KISS IT, EAT IT. its so good. it has cheap pocky. the boba is really good. just get a good flavour. ofc if u gonna get a clapped flavour combination then its gonna taste clapped. Neeks. BUY ITS SO GOOD

I’ve been to this place twice now and I still haven’t managed to buy any bubble tea. They close like 45 minutes before their closing time which absolutely baffles me. They need to update their opening hours on google and on their social media. The second time I went here they had no tapioca which is of the important ingredient’s of a milk tea. Very unprepared and lazy attitude from this business. I didn't even buy anything again as the staff were unwilling to offer me alternatives options. Would recommend to go to any of the other bubble tea places in Bradford.

I am a returning customer at this place. I have been coming here for a few months now to buy Ramen and their Bubble tea. On my last two visits I have been disappointed with the service I received when buying the bubble tea. The young lady that works at the bubble tea station has no customer service skills and doesn’t know how to serve or speak to a customer. She makes you feel uncomfortable and awkward. The bubble teas lacked flavour and she messed up our order. I asked for something else and was given another thing. I will never be going back. The only thing I like about this place are her lashes.

I come here every Tuesday; when they do the buy one get one free deal for the bubbleteas. I have pretty much tasted every flavour and there is definitely something for everyone here. Really good for people who are wanting to get into bubbletea.

I'm a regular customer at this place and lately when I have been going they are open but turn you back because they are cashing up. Firstly on your website it says your open till a certain time so stick to it rather than cashing up and hour early. You are giving false information and this will get reported as I'm sick of traveling there only to be disappointed, again because you guys think its ok to quickly cash up when you are supposed to be open and serving the public.I have rang many times and the line is always busy.
