A very relaxed and informative couple of days doing softener training. The venue is very nice, with food and drinks included. The training itself was very intimate with small groups, and Gary was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The level of information given is intense but well paced. I went in knowing nothing and came away feeling confident that I could service softeners. Highly recommend.

Excellent training courses!Gary has extensive knowledge of what he is teaching and delivers it in an easy to digest way. Courses are informative and fun I never once felt overwhelmed with the amount of information presented on the courses.On numerous occasions I have on called on the technical expertise of the team at Siren when I have come across problems with water softeners whilst out on site. They are brilliant at helping to diagnose faults over the phone and to offer solutions to problems that I have come across,Would recommend to everyone in the industry to get booked in and I will definitely be attending more courses in the future!

Coming into to course I didn’t know a great deal about the water softeners and the science and processes behind it all. Gary’s presentations and input including his delivery of content was spot on and helped me understand how to fully strip down and look at the history and diagnostics of fleck and clack valves. I feel more confident to go and site and strip down and program valves, install and commotion. I’m definitely coming back for day 3 and other courses!

Attended the 2 day course (and due to return for the 3rd), Nothing short of brilliant. Gary’s knowledge and experience is phenomenal and his training style is spot on. You get the theory based knowledge as-well as being able to get hands on and Strip down and program the softeners. Also Gary is interested in how you get on after the course by wanting to see pictures of your works on softeners as-well as offering his time either by phone or email to assist you with any issues you have. Really relaxed atmosphere on the training sessions with the added bonus of Biscuits and drinks throughout a pub lunch on the 1st day and ordered catering on the 2nd. Looking forward to attending the 3rd day of the course and highly recommend anyone wanting softener training to come on this course.
