Ace Feet in Motion

Very thorough examination of my walking difficulties and following gait analysis amended custom insoles were provided which are designed to ease the strain on my arthritic knees. Tom Cooper gave me a detailed explanation of the cause of my knee pain when walking and advised me on what type of shoes to avoid and what shoes he recommended for my condition

This is the first time I had ever been to see anyone about my feet, so I was a bit sceptical. Tom was amazing, he was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. He was very thorough and respectful throughout and he was very good at explaining things. I left there feeling very confident and happy that I had been to see him. Looking forward to my next visit to fit my orthotics.

Fantastic service. I have tried many orthotic insoles over the years but had almost given up trying to find some that were really comfortable.I thought I'd try Ace, they were brilliant. Very helpful assessment and within no time my new insoles appeared. They needed a very minor adjustment to fit my shoes, which was completed immediately.That was 10 days ago, I haven't stopped wearing them yet. I feel like I'm walking on air, and so comfortable. I love them.

Helpful, friendly staff that put your mind at ease. Insoles were made while I waited and was advised to contact if there were any issues and they would alter them. Was advised how to break them in too. Zoe was great with checking me over and the foot scan was interesting as I could see the parts of my shoes that wear most through pressure points. Would recommend for anyone with foot problems.

I’ve already recommended Ace Feet in Motion to my running friends struggling with injuries. I had Achilles problems for months and felt stuck not being able to run further than 3 miles without pain. Physio Tom Cooper was so helpful and reassured me I could get back to running long distances again with calf exercises and insoles for my running shoes. I’ve been building up the exercises he gave me gradually and not leaving the house without my insoles in and it’s worked wonders. Tom really listened to my running/injury background which made me feel confident taking his advice. I’m now training for a marathon after thinking my running days were over before I visited Ace Feet in Motion. Thank you!

I am very happy with the service that I received at Ace Orthotics today.I was treated by Mr Tom Cooper,, who made the time to ask me about my sport history and listened to all of my symptoms. He also offered a lot of valuable advice and suggestions.I was also happy to be able to leave with the orthotics, that were made on the premises the same day,. This will allow me to begin my recovery immediately.I would and do, recommend this clinic to others.

Suffered with the Achilles tendinopathy since May 2023, had an extensive assessment by Tom in September resulting in some insoles which within 10 days, had given me a 75% improvement, the stretches and exercises Tom then showed me resulted in complete recovery within 4 weeks..... Highly recommended company. After trying many different innersoles without much improvement, I decided to seek professional advice and have a consultation with Tom. He was recommend to me by my physiotherapist who was seeing me about my shoulder problem. I have since learnt how important correct footwear is for the whole body. My custom innersoles correct the slight difference in leg length and help significantly reduce the pain in my left foot metatarsal too.Victoria has been very helpful in assisting me to have the innersoles modified as my body adjusted, and I am now going to have a second pair made.I was reluctant due to the price but on refection its well worth money. I should have done it sooner. Even my shoulder agrees. I think everyone would benefit from custom innersoles. They are comfortable and very well made. After a long period of inactivity I had made the decision to get fitter and lose weight. I needed advice on getting the correct walking shoes and booked for a gait analysis.Also needed advice on how to approach exercise in the best way, avoiding injuries where possible along the way. I saw Tom who was very supportive and encouraging. Anyone who may be in a similar position I would thoroughly recommend going to ACE. I feel very reassured.
