The service team at Swanson’s always go above and beyond to help me when I need them, and can never do enough for me, I’ve been using the dealership for many years, I’ve seen many new faces over the years but the standard of service has always remained top drawer, when I find the need to call on the team for repairs, servicing and MOT’s, from booking your vehicle into the workshop, being updated through the day of repairs etc, through to a fully detailed explanation of the work carried out on your vehicle when you collect your car after all work has been carried out.I’m always greeted with a friendly smile, always made to feel welcome and feel lucky to have such a caring dealership who look after our 3 Fords.Many thanks Steve Meaden

My car was booked in for it's service in easily by answering a few simple questions. The date was only just over a week after the phone call. I was reminded of the appointment and contacted when it was ready to collect. The price quoted on booking was the price I paid. It came with a year's free breakdown cover too. A great service, I would highly recommend.

Spoke to James in sales, easy process to buy a car. Polite and helpful, they have a great pre sales check on their cars. Car stock appears to be well chosen and comparative to other dealers is very good value. Reasonably priced after market warranties with comprehensive cover on the premium level of cover, hopefully I won't need to test it out.Recommended

Avoid!They had my car for 4 days and only started the work they were meant to be doing on my car the afternoon I was meant to be collecting it. My car wasn’t fixed in time and I ended up losing £200 in earnings because of it. When I complained to the manager he had a smirk on his face and refused to take any money off the bill to compensate for the loss of earnings caused by them not doing the work when they said they would.To add salt the the wound my engine warning light came back on 2 days later with the same fault code, so the £2000 I spent with them was a complete waste!I was so upset by my whole experience with this garage that I couldn’t face going back in there again and decided to get rid of the car rather than waste more money trying to repair it. (This was their 2nd attempt at trying to repair the issue)I will never buy Ford again!
