Great place. More than just a gym and joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made in recent years for the family.Yes there are cheaper gyms out there but for an all round facility for the family, I don’t think you can beat David Lloyd. The outdoor pool in the summer, the gym, the fitness classes and the children’s classes are what sets it apart from other gyms for me.My partner loves it as she can bring our son to the 3-5 year old classes and have a bit of time to herself and workout. My boy loves it because he loves the swimming pool, soft play and seeing his friends and making new ones in the classes. It’s great for me as I can use the gyms up and down the country when I have to travel for work.I’d like to thank the team that run the children’s classes. They are absolutely brilliant with the kids and my boy really enjoys the classes.Lastly I’d like to mention Leon and his Blaze classes. The energy and motivation he brings to the classes is just unreal. As someone who has spent a lot of money on personal training over the years, I can honestly say that Leon’s classes are worth the membership fees on their own.Great gym. Thanks to all the team.

Enjoyed my 14-day trial and then decided to become a member . I love attending usually 4 or 5 times a week, and the staff are mostly really friendly and welcoming. I think the gym equipment is good and the atmosphere is mostly relaxing... I spend hours here!However, some of the clientele cause the spa area not to be relaxing . The cleanliness in that area could be improved also. For £100 a month, I expect it to be emaculate.I also feel that repairs take too long. For the amount of money they are making from people, you would think there would be more speed and emphasis on quicker repairsI'm hoping this improves in the future as I do enjoy attending

Visit here three to four times a week. Fantastic outdoor pool great staff especially Mandy on reception welcoming and friendly always knows my name. Good. Service in the restaurant all staff are friendly. All in all a great place to visit even though they are having to work around the current refurbishment that is taking place. Looking forward to using the new changing rooms

Broken wall, broken mirrors, dirty/dusty floor, soon as you touch something, you have dirt all over your hands, don't think the cleaners have experience in cleaning! especially after Covid!Honestly speaking this gym really needs a new management! they should be ashamed!!I will never go there again, even the Council gyms are way better than this!

The famous David Lloyds.I'm a bit disappointed in all honestly.Basic package prices start at around £65. Normal membership is around £100. Platinum is £200 per month.Yes, they have all the facilities. Tennis court inside and out, swimming inside and out, inside restaurant. But the spa is what let me down the most. It's a very small sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. For the price you pay; you'd expect a lot better service.All in all; i enjoyed my times, but for the membership prices; I think they're better places for your money.

They absolutely hound and harass you to join and then prince you’ve joined never reply to emails. 5 emails I’ve sent without a response. The pool is in the middle of the gym it’s absolutely disgusting air to weight train and cardio in like a thick fog in your lounges it’s vile. They just raised my price plan without asking or checking can you afford it. Also you get banned for cancelling classes even if the class isn’t full. Many faults within this business and this gym I will not be rejoining after my very unfortunate contract. Toilets and changing rooms are dusty the whole gym needs a referb.

I had my induction with Steph Knight and she was so knowledgeable and informative. All of my concerns re being stuck in a 12m membership were quashed. I had a tour of the facilities and I was super impressed. I joined right away and had my first session there today which consisted of a lovely swim in the autumn sunshine in the outdoor heated pool with my daughter. I felt like I was abroad. I cannot wait to start my journey with David Lloyd and can’t thank Steph enough x

Visited for the first time recently and I must say, what a great set up and venue this is. The venue felt very clean which is always great in a gym! Equipment all good and plenty of it. Never struggled to get on the machine that I wanted. Changing rooms all clean, tidy and spacious. A really good experience. I will use again when in the area!
