Amazing service, very professional- After a 2 month long nightmare dealing with my phone not charging propperly as a result of an inauthentic battery being fitted (into my phone) by a different shop, I decided to come here and needless to say I'm so glad I did.The shop owner explained the different potential issues and conducted various tests on the phone, (in my presence) to rule out the problem. He also assured that I shouldn't have any more issues by demonstrating that the different means to charge the phone also work, proving that the problem has been resolved. Best customer service I've experienced in a while. The repair includes a warranty too- thank you soo much!

I like the customer service from this store and I also like the product those I bought from this store. One of the best places in Luton where you can get good customer service with smile and the shop assistant deal with any problems carefully and always try to satisfy customer. Every time I went there I was happy with the product and service.Good thing about the shop keeper is he will tell you whether the product is good or bad. He won't keep any secret about the product and he will not charge anyone too much.

I dropped my phone this morning and could not use my phone at all, I took it to the Mall in Luton and Mr Ali charged the going rate not a penny more. He is a genuinely nice man and had my phone working in under an hour. Thank you so much. I will in future come to his store for any problems. Thank you so much.
