What is so amazing about Veronika and her massage is how in- tune she is with me and my needs on that day. No 2 sessions have been the same and I feel very safe and cared for when I’m there.I didn’t have massage for a good while as I’m not keen on the “no pain no gain” approach and also sometimes it could feel like they were going through the motions. Veronika is a breath of fresh air, I can tell she is fully present with me when doing the massage and open to feedback. It’s a 2-way communication that feels easy and makes me feel heard.I would highly recommend giving her approach a try, especially if other massages haven’t been right for you

I had a pregnancy massage with Veronika and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. She was so lovely and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed through every part of the experience. The massage itself was heavenly. I left feeling rejuvenated, calmed and refreshed in my body. I will 100% be back postpartum for another massage. Highly recommend.

Veronika is fantastic, very welcoming and friendly, listens to what you need and gives great advice. My monthly massages are so important to me - a chance to repair my body while also getting some quality me time! I would (and have!) recommend to anyone

Having suffered from a burning stabbing pain in my shoulder and lower back pain for months, Mark in just one session has eased the pain a lot.I had the Tuina massage and it was intense but a great experience and I will be booking in again. Mark was super friendly and made me feel at ease. The space is lovely and clean with a really nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend Mark and Veronika - a lovely couple who made me feel very welcome. Thank you once again, Ross.

I had wonderful therapeutic massage intuitively tailored to my needs by Veronika. It was such a restorative, soothing and also very effective detoxifying treatment! Veronika is not only highly knowledgeable, but very intuitive, warm hearted therapist. I felt so beautifully nourished after the session and in days to follow. I can not recommend Veronika enough.

Living Health provides an excellent service, with prompt communication, flexible availability and a wonderful service. I have had massages from both Veronika and Mark, and have always left feeling restored and relaxed. The treatments are always tailored to how my body is feeling, so any niggles are dealt with brilliantly. Their knowledge and passion makes me feel like I'm in very good hands (literally!). With such a wide variety of massage types available, I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Such an enjoyable experience.
