I regret this loan despite needing it for something time sensitive, only apply for a loan like this if you have 0 money but need to pay for something time sensitive/serious. Such as medical costs or funeral plans.why? Because repayment is really bad interest is really high, if you take out £2k interest is £2.5k on top of that, and that’s only if you make a payment of £200 each month on time.if you miss a payment even accidentally you will be contacted continuously from that next day until they get in contact. I over transferred into my savings and it didn’t come back out in time for my direct debit to be paid. Felt the call was almost hostile pay me back, which just simply made me feel uncomfortable like true colours had been shown of the nature of the company.My interest letter rate literally says annually it is 96% interest. The quote they give you is higher £ and less interest then what you tend to end up with when you go to your appointment. My appointment was 1 hour late of waiting, my transactions and account details relating to me was read across the room to colleagues whilst customers were present in the front of the room (as it is open plan with their office desks and reception area, only with one room in the back). In all honesty, had considered filing a complaint regarding data protection for that reason. Really would not recommend. Unless in life changing or a serious situation.

Don’t apply for loans with this company. They are CONS. They like to add more interest . They are thieves and staff are very rude . Do not fall into their trap. If you have a loan with them pay it quick and move on . Because they are theives and they like to threaten people . The worst company to borrow money from . Please be careful

Very happy with the service provided, they were very polite, helpful and professional along the process with the application and upfront with the details.

Needed a small sum of money for a few days. Made the mistake to apply with these guys. Loan didn't go through as I refused to accept their terms in the end, however, since then, I get a few dodgy calls a week offering me money - harassment, basically. Wouldn't trust these people, they are very very dodgy.

Neil and Lorraine were first class from beginning to end. They both acted with compassion and complete understanding of my situation which is extremely rare to find. Their professionalism was evident through the whole process I can't thank them enough for their endeavours. I would highly recommend them.
