Kempston Parkes

Due to a border query I contacted Kempston Parks. Ian came out and spoke in a language I understood meaning no jargon or terms I would not understand. He was very thorough when carrying out his duties. He was very neutral and took photographs for both parties. I would highly recommend using Kempston Parkes.

Recently used Kempston Parkes for a home survey, and was really happy with their service. Extremely efficient and thorough. Enquired online and a really nice girl from the office in Harrogate called me back. Always really helpful when I called the office with any queries. They booked in a date in for the survey (a week within enquiring), and after the survey, called me that evening to talk through their findings, which I found a really nice touch. They then sent over the detailed report the next day and asked if there were any follow up questions we needed answering. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely use again.
