I bought a new electric therapy couch in December 2020. This company is professional in every way. Sarah in customer services is very helpful in helping you to decide what you need. No hard pressure sales, rather she goes to great lengths to ensure you purchase the right couch. I opted for an installation service which was definitely worth the extra money. The guys that delivered and installed the couch were friendly and professional and they did not leave until I was 100% happy. I highly recommend this company because I feel they sell first class couches which is so important for client safety. What a great company to deal with - the customer service is exceptional. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Extremely polite and very helpful. The electric couch is amazing - super smooth and quiet. Clients say how comfortable it is. I can lower it so that they don't struggle to get on and then raise it with ease to my working height.
