Jason was incredibly helpful and polite and not only that he did an amazing repair on some boots that were worn through. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and will definitely use him again.

I had bought a pair of old Marks and Spencer’s loafers at a charity shop and they fell apart after two wears, so I took them to Jason in the BSE kiosk at Tesco and he fixed them, he even gave them a polish and they look great!!Thank you so much for turning a pair of shoes that were close to being in the bin, into something that I can wear!Honestly, made my day!

I took a motorbike boot to Timpson at Tesco Bury St Edmunds. The heal-end of the sole needed to be re-glued back in place. I was expecting to leave the boot for a day or two but no! The chap glued it there and them with a superglue especially for shoes. He handed it back and...no charge. I was somewhat taken aback by this and offered a fiver at least but he refused. Wow! Great service.

Called on Easter Monday to check the shop was open. Spoke to Jason who was really helpful. My family went over later with two pairs of children's shoes and Jason fixed them within a few minutes free of charge. Amazing service. We'll definitely go there again and will recommend Timpsons to friends and family.

I visited the shop located at Tesco, as my watch needed a new battery to be fitted. The first time the Timpson employee spoke to me was after he had fitted the new battery and told me the price. Ironically, there is a poster on the door of the Bury St Edmunds shop which reads 'Colleagues in this shop have total authority to do whatever they can to give you amazing service' and the receipt even says 'Great Service by Great People'. I don't think this particular employee can say yes to either of those statements!!

I had caught my boot on something sharp and I thought it might not be possible to fix the damage to the leather. I had been putting it off for a couple of months before stopping by the Timpson at Tesco in Bury St Edmunds just before Christmas.Jason fixed the damaged in less than a minute and I wish I had of gone sooner!Brilliant customer service, I will always go back to this Timpson branch in future for other services.Many thanks!

Popped in on Tuesday morning to see if I could get two pairs of boots repaired. Jay (Jason) did this for me immediately!He was so friendly and personable.My boots are like new.Thank you Jay for being a super star!I’ll be back soon with the rest of my damaged shoes for some TLC!
