Great service. Responded quickly on WhatsApp (very convenient) and answered any questions I had. Managed to fit me in within a week or two and done a great job setting up my acoustic which had become a bit difficult to play and had intonation issues. Mark's work was superb, the difference surprised me! It's now much easier to play across the fretboard and the intonation issues are gone. It also seems to sound clearer and with better sustain. I'm very happy with the work Mark has done and I will definitely be back. Mark's also a really nice guy so there's nothing to fault.

Picked up my guitar after a set up. First guitar and only recently started playing. Mark is a lovely person. Very fast and very knowledgeable. He was done 3 days before he said he would be. Had a great conversation with him about music. He is a nice genuine man. Would highly recommend. Great service and price. I will be back for all guitar related stuff. Thanks Mark.

I feel so lucky that wiltshire guitars is on my doorstep.. Once again i left my Taylor acoustic guitar with Mark because it just didn't sound right..I just find it hard to believe after 40 years of praying guitar that a guitar will change and need setting up properly. My Taylor now sounds the best it ever has done.. Thankyou Mark you are a top man,.. 100% recommended..

Excellent service. Wilts guitar repairs got my guitar electrics and other issues sorted in a few days and at a more than reasonable price. This man knows his stuff. If you have a guitar that needs help, do not hesitate to get it to him.
