I have used GG for all my services/shutter needs so when my shutter would not open and the fork lift was stuck inside, i called GG and Gavin came straight out (on a weekend)After finding the fault was my motor (which is very old) he made a quick call to one of his team and a replacement part was brought straight out.They had my shutter working like new in no time.Because this was all done so quickly i didn't even loose a day trading.Top service and friendly team as always, Thank you

We had a neighbouring business drive their car into our roller shutter causing damage to 4 of the laths. Having contacted a few specialists, Gavin responded promptly with a competitive price. He arrived on site and our door was as good as new within 15 minutes. His service was brilliant, the parts fitted were an exact match to the rest of the door.Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommended.

Finally decent company! Really helpful over the phone and problem was spotted in video message. Next working day engineers came in and repaired shutter within 20 minutes.Decent, great you know what you are paying for! Highly recommended.

Required a roller shutter door. Gavin and his team were the only quote I received that offered the electrics in the price. They quoted the shortest lead time and bent over backwards to get the job done soon as they could. Very happy with the install and it looks great. Thank you.

Can't rate these boys enough. Called Gavin after just a Google search, he picked up right away and was helpful and in touch from the start. I'd been falsely quoted by another firm with a long lead time but Gavin was in touch the whole time until he came on site. They got to work right away with minimal disruption to the business and in the end fixed the shutter at a fraction of the cost I was quoted. I was straight with him and showed him my quote and he was straight with me and fixed what needed to be fixed. Sound guys and helped with shutter fob issues I had too. Gavin and his team came round on very short notice late at night on a Sunday to fix our steel garage door which had got stuck halfway open. Two days later him and his team were back round to fix the damaged curtain and install a new control mechanism. His professionalism, reasonable prices and responsiveness means we will definitely be calling upon him and his team again if we need work doing on our garage door!

Brilliant Service!I highly recommend Gavin & GG Emergency door specialists. We had a broken electric shutter and no way to secure our premises. The original fitter couldn’t have been less helpful if he tried. A quick search on Google led us to Gavin, who sent two engineers out within an hour. They assessed the problem and went through the options with me - probably a new motor, possibly a new shutter.A third engineer was dispatched to carry out the work so that we could secure the shop before the end of the day - they managed to fit a new motor and save our original shutter - huge thanks to Corbin, Graham & Jordan. We will be using Gavin for our yearly servicing going forward and recommending to all our retail neighbours.
