I am landlord and have used a few end of tenancy cleaners that have never been as good as this company. They were on time and professional throughout the whole process. I was able to leave them to it and came back to a amazing transformation. They were even able to accommodate me over a bank holiday on the Monday which was amazing which allows me to let the property quicker. I can’t thank the team enough and these guys are my go to now for all end of tenancy cleans defo worth the money!! They completed all the agreed works to amazing level.

Emil and his team did a fantastic job deep cleaning our 3-bed property. They were complete professionals throughout the whole process, very responsive and answered all my queries. The finish was first class and they ensure the whole place was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. I entrusted Emil to do a carpet clean of another property and he worked on getting our tough stains until it was no longer visible. I booked an end of tenancy cleaning more than a week ago, last week it was confirmed that the cleaning would take place today at 12pm. They called me at 9am to confirm that they could come and apparently they took their freedom to cancel it because they did not receive any response from me. Tuesdays are my only days off in the week therefore I was asleep at that time. They said they emailed me, again, they email just to confirm I would be in the flat, which I did confirm a week ago, how many times needs this company a reassurance? I did not receive any written email that the cleaning was cancelled. This is so unprofessional from your end to play with people lives on a very short notice and waste the time like that. Definitely I would not recommend this service to anyone as it seems no trust is guaranteed.

The company's staff are professional and hardworking cleaners. They did an excellent job in getting rid of the dirt and dust in our workplace. Highly recommended! :)

Hired Top Cleaning Services on short notice for my end of tenancy cleaning. Emil was a pleasure to deal with and the cleaners arrived on time. The clean up itself was of great quality and hassle free, would defintley recommend.
