Called in today to have one engagement ring and two wedding rings re-plated (one of the wedding rings also needed re-sizing). We were very impressed with the quality of the work and rapid service. We collected our rings after around an hour and a half and they look as good as when they were brand new! Would definitely recommend and I’m sure that we will return.

I came in with my boyfriend a few days ago to fix my necklace. It only took 10-15 minutes to fix and they were really nice people. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to fix their jewellery.

We popped in to the shop today to enquire about having my husbands wedding ring resized. The young gent in the shop was ever so helpful, he took a look at the ring, asked us to follow him to his workshop whilst he popped the ring into a machine. Minutes later, he was finished, the ring was done and it now fits beautifully! Thank you so much for your care, attention and quick work. We highly recommend using the service.

Fantastic! Got my engagement ring re-plated here today and they did an incredible job, it looked better than new! Only took about 10 minutes, the guy who did it really knew his stuff. Will definitely come again should we need any jewellery repairs etc.

The service was absolutely fabulous. My engagement ring needed resizing and we were lucky enough to have this done on the same day. we were really appreciative of this and the quality, speed and customer service was absolutely on point. Thankyou so much to Daniel - I am over the moon with my ring!

Needed a plain wedding band to be resized, so called in after reading all the positive Google reviews. Expected I'd need to leave the ring with them, but I was seen there and then, the work done while I waited. Very friendly and professional service, the ring now fits perfectly and at £25 it was a bargain! Would recommend, and will call again. Interesting to note that while I was there, other customers were coming and going all the time - a small but popular jewellers.

It was my first experience at Robert Daniels Jewellers today which had been recommended to me through a family member. The customer service was great and the job done to resize my ring was perfect. I had been told that it would probably take a week by other places but the gentleman serving me got it done within 20 minutes. I couldn’t recommend it more!
