Bought an expensive vape from them a few months ago. Stopped working randomly (no drops or damage). Refused to repair, replace or return despite their obligations under consumer rights law. Avoid at all costs, go to crystal vapours instead.Despite being raised by manufacturer too with shop, having to contact trading standards.
