From the moment I got in touch with Jenna at Bidmead Cook, I totally understood why they have a five star rating on Google. Jenna was friendly, accommodating, and kind, and she came across as really genuine, as well as being reliable and getting in touch when she said she would. Everyone I've had contact with at Bidmead Cook has responded swiftly to any queries I've had, and the whole process has been smooth, although I'm yet to pick up the keys for the property I'll be renting! All in all, I have no complaints, and I'm very grateful to be renting my first place on my own, couldn't have done it without you Jenna.

Bidmead Cook, in particular Bethany have just helped me through the difficult process of serving notice to tenants to leave a rental property. The tenant has been manipulative and untruthful throughout the process but by Beth's calm management of that, along with support from her colleagues, meant that the tenants finally left. I also appreciate their support through the most stressful moments when they must have been groaning at the sight of another email or another phone call from me. It would be understandable but no-one showed any irritation and they were all very professional and helpful at every turn.Also, they were very understanding over each and every problem as it arose. I will always be very grateful for their help through this very unexpected learning curve.

We cannot thank Bidmead Cook enough for all their support in the recent sale of our house. Due to Covid, we hit a number of stumbling blocks along the way, and we always felt that they constantly kept us in the loop and informed. The after sale support has been first class, and while I am sure they also had many more customers, we were always made to feel a priority. Thank you Jen and Jeanne at Bidmead, we are looking forward now to settling into our new home!

As a purchaser I found the team at Bidmead Cook in Lydney to be very professional and dedicated and easy to deal with. The team were always available and able to give advice at all stages through the process, when there were a few holdups further up the chain, the team investigated the chains situation every step of the way to keep seller/purchaser fully in the picture and the time expected to resolve the outstanding items. Without the team’s dedication I don’t think the purchase would have gone through and I would definitely recommend Bidmead Cook to anyone looking to buy/sell their home in the future.

i have had the pleasure of dealing with bidmead cook for many years and wouldnt use anyone else. the staff go above and beyond the call of duty! they respond quickly to emails and phone messages, they are all up to speed with what is required so you dont have to keep repeating yourself. they anticipate the needs of customers. the staff at bidmeads many offices are a credit to the company.

I had spent a few weeks dealing with estate agents with a specific list of criteria for a rental. I found them to be very reactive and slow to respond. They either sent me properties that didn't meet my criteria or only responded with regards to specific enquiries I had sent through rightmove/zoopla. I spoke to Sarah in the Lydney office and gave her my criteria and she was quick off the mark with two very suitable properties. A week later I had the keys and I was in. Sarah was very quick with responding to my queries and completing the paperwork and a pleasant change to deal with after dealing with their competitors. All in all, excellent service from Sarah.

We'd like to thank Jenna so much for helping us find our dream rental. She was an absolute pleasure to work - very friendly, down to earth and always happy to answer all of our questions. Jenna has gone above and beyond to help make our relocation to a new area very easy and has even offered to help us find a workshop too.
