Hot Tubs and Chill

I highly recommend Hot Tubs and Chill. The service they provide is professional throughout. They deliver, set up, and collect the hot tub in such a quick and efficient way. I had no concerns about the cleanliness of the tub as it was cleaned and disinfected twice before it was set up for use. We also had a gazebo with our hot tub for added privacy and to keep out of the rain and snow which I also recommend! Nikita was on hand even after the hot tub was installed - brilliant customer service. We enjoyed yourselves so much that we will be booking it again this summer.

Experience was amazing, the hot tub was delivered and set up efficiently and I had amazing communication with the team throughout. Hot tub was very clean and made a very special 50th Birthday. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality hot tub to rent for a good time!

This company was referred after a friend recommended them, I’m so pleased they did. The service from Nikitta and her team was outstanding! Having ordered the hot tub with the gazebo for my wife’s birthday, we literally didn’t have to do a thing. They set everything up including some beautiful lights for the evening, they leave you with some chemicals and simple instructions to keep the ph levels perfectly balanced for the weekend.The Hot Tub is really high quality and unlike some other rubber hot tubs, it really keeps that steamy hot temperature for quite some time whilst you’re in it.I got plenty of notice when they return to pick everything up and again, they do everything. If your looking for a Hot Tub for the weekend, these are the people to call!

Rented the gazebo-hottub package and loved it! The tub was super relaxing with plenty of space for all the family. The service was absolutely brilliant, very efficient and the tub was thoroughly cleaned right infront of me. I will definitely be using this company again! Great value for money.
