Painters were so supportive and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble, we were so well looked after by David who helped us to plan the day and ensured that everything ran smoothly and paid attention to all the details. Their care and attention meant that we didn’t have to worry at all about anything on the day as we were confident that they had everything in hand.Thank you for making our wonderful mums/wife/grandmothers final journey a very special and dignified occasion - we are very grateful for the care you showed all of us.

Just the right amount of professional and friendly, every staff member we spoke to was kind, helpful and compassionate. Alan Painter was our in charge of our mum's funeral, he was knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, as were the choices and options. We followed the wishes of my Nan and went with Frank Painters & Sons to arrange her funeral. I would like to thank Ben, who called us to say she was back safe with them after being collected from the nursing home on the day of her death. Dawn who arranged the funeral, took care of finding a church minister, all the music, and giving us lots of helpful advice. She was really helpful when we had to make some changes to accommodate our son with special needs.On the day the funeral proceedings were directed by Mike Painter. Everything ran perfectly to plan and she had the send off she deserved.We would like to thank Frank Painters for the service they gave and would strongly recommend them.

From first contacting Ben at Painters the commitment, professionalism and empathy shown by all staff has been brilliant in what was and stil is a very upsetting time for the family following the loss of mum. Having had experience of many funeral directors as a GP of 35 years Painters are amongst the best I have seen. A most caring and professionally run family business. All the staff that we came into contact with were smartly turned out, friendly and helpful. The funeral today went without a hitch. A nice touch for Mike to 'walk' the hearse up to the crematorium. He was our point of contact throughout and is a most helpful chap which we are grateful for. The celebrant for the service today was Phillip who we can't praise enough. An emotional day which was eased by the professionalism of Mike and Phillip. Thank you.

The Service we received was excellent and very professional.Their level of service is one where nothing is too much trouble , and you have the time to make the right decisions at a difficult time .You will have a dedicated person to assist you through whole process , from 1st contact onwards.They provided us with everything we required to honour our loved one . This included music, celebrant ,cars ,order of service and flowers whether in house or independent.Every person involved in the Funeral day showed professionalism and absolute respect for our loved one , and every member of their family and friends.Frank Painters & Sons are an exemplary team indeed.

I would like to thank Alan so much for organising Dad's funeral recently. He is the most amazing young man, caring, considerate, compassionate and incredibly helpful.
