Richard has been an amazing coach in developing my technique power and knowledge in sprinting and his group of athletes make training welcoming and fun as peer mentors and friends. I have improved massively with his coaching styles and his commitment to his athletes is unquestionable.

Meadow has had excellent training from Ram Runners and taken her sprinting to a new level which has put her in contention for a place on the Great Britain DMT squad. As a Gymnast sprinting is far more important than you can imagine and getting Meadow a sprint coach was game changing for her development.
