I contacted The Truffle just before Christmas, with a view to buying a few items to help make the festive spread a little more special. This company is friendly, honest and has a wealth of knowledge that they’re happy to share with their customers. The products, when they arrived, were of exceptional quality and easily the most competitively priced that I’ve purchased to date. I simply cannot recommend The Truffle enough. Give them a go. You will not be disappointed!

Prior to order, I emailed to see if the truffle would be in one piece if I ordered a 30g or 50g truffle. I was told that a 30g truffle would almost certainly be in one piece. I therefore chose to place an order based on this for a 30g truffle. What I recieved was a 20g truffle and a truffle cut in half. The total weight was exactly 30.0g, which is what I ordered, however, when the truffle is in bits you get more of the outer crust compared to the bit you want. If it is made up in bits, rather than one piece, which is what I specifically emailed to check, I would expect at least a little more to compensate for this. I am extremely disappointed by Russ (The founder of the company, that responded to my email) and the fact that my specific request was completely ignored. After ordering I even sent response back to Russ' email saying I had ordered, in the hope that this wouldn't happen, yet alas, it did.

Always the highest quality of produce and service. The Feathered Nest has been ordering a broad range of The Truffle Co. products for years and Russ and his team never disappoints. Highly recommended.

Great price, great delivery, well packaged, aroma amazing. This is third lot of fresh truffle I have ordered online, the first order from The Truffle Company. Also the first order to arrive bang on the weight ordered. Others have been up to 10% short with the supplier claiming this was due to water loss during transit. In future I will stick with The Truffle Company - ‘the one you can trust’. Merry Xmas to all

Absolutely amazing products. I ordered some gifts for my wife who loves truffles and she was over the moon, all of the products look smell and taste the part. Premium quality truffles for a fair price. I was even sent a gift with my order. All in all couldn’t be happier. Can’t rate the truffles or the service enough. The customer service was excellent - Russ spotted an issue with order (my fault) and called me immediately to double check and fix.
