The solicitor dealing with my case didn’t want to pursue it any further, I understand but saying that‘ Defendant has taken reasonable steps to treat you in line with the guidelines’ is appalling provided that this firm is suppose to be emphatetic and supportive. To cut long story short I was discharged with ectopic pregnancy without any follow up plan to treat my condition, which resulted in internal bleeding and required life saving surgery two days later.It’s quiet sad to hear that according to Gemma this was the hospital treatment I deserved. The treatment that if I didn’t take the matter in my own hands and went to another hospital then probably I wouldn’t be here to write this review.

I would not recommend the Hudgell solicitors law firm, because of my personal negative experience.My medical negligence claim was a very straight forward case.Unfortunately, due to lack of proper engagement of this firm my case has been dragged on for 6 years. The defendant didn’t wait so long and managed to leave the country.I was left with nothing with my winning case.

Not recommended.Find someone more professional I have a brain tumour and the NHS has been neglecting me and giving the wrong meds.Hudgells questioned me for over an hour knowing I have brain damage and focus impairment.It never occurred to them to split questions into manageable chunks for brain damaged client.Time wasters, unprofessional.Ignored my documented brain function. AVOID.
