I can’t register any of the above stars having not tasting the food, after waiting over 30 minutes and asking three members of staff why the wait and seeing other people coming in after us and getting their food we decide to up and leave. When we first arrived we were served immediately order tea and our food. The tea came quick which was not very nice two tea pots but very large glass cups. We did offer to pay for the tea but they waived that. I would not go back and would say that one member of staff was quite rude when asked about the wait she said “how do I know I’m not cooking it “ not very user friendly.

Very good food, I had one of the breakfasts (beans, tomatoes, bacon, mushroom, sausage, scrambled eggs and toast), fairly priced (around the £11.00 mark). They also do a good selection of cakes and beverages.Good service from the friendly staff.Atmosphere wise it doesn't have a lot of ambience, but then it is more of a cafe, than a restaurant.Jenny's is very popular, all the tables were in use by the time we left, and seems to be a favourite in Salisbury.

One of the best little spots in Salisbury. The latte is one of the tastiest in town, and the Eggs Royale was cooked perfectly, with plenty of sauce. Service was great as well.

Ordered 4 items. 3 of them were wrong. We went here the week it opened and it was equally poor service but we put that down to it being in new premises. These issues should have been sorted by now. Seems to be a lot of people getting the wrong things. They tried to deliver stuff we hadn't ordered (got wrong table number) a couple of times while we were in there. Staff seem to be confused and spending a lot of time correcting mistakes. Even when I went to pay they had made mistakes in what we had ordered. I had to tell them what we had. Won't be rushing back.

Absolutely awful service. Asked for chips, beans, one egg and fried bread. Only fried bread arrived. Slow Service and no apology. Prices are high for what appears to be a works canteen. Could be teething problem chef asked for no more orders to be taken about 2 pm on a Saturday . We will not be returning

Disappointing! A note for the chef…a mushroom burger is a burger made from mushrooms! Not beef! And I don’t expect to be shouted at. Extremely rude, and ill mannered. A woman staff member that was also very rude, used the toilet and didn’t even wash her hands. The toilet was still flushing when she opened the door, and no hand dryer going. Won’t be returning. It’s a shame because it looks like a lot of money has been spent to create the new Jenny’s

There will be two types of review here. One type relates to the 'old' Jennys which was superb. A proper cafe serving great food. Since moving a week or two ago a couple of doors down to much bigger premises, it is pretty awful. A complete lack of training or management puts the serving staff in an awful position but the food is now just bad, that's if you manage to get anything as orders take anincredible amount of time to arrive or are simply forgotten about. Hopefully this is just a transition thing but I'm not going back anytime soon.Having read the response to my review by the 'owner' I am stunned. The food was bad because it was made badly. Jennys isn't a new business and blaming everything on moving premises is pretty poor. The pancakes were stale, the syrup congealed and our orders were literally forgotten. Do not tell me I'm being unfair. I wish Jennys all the best but it was truly awful and they will go out of business if they continue like this.

Lovely menu choices, staff are mostly friendly. Food took over 45 minutes to arrive (it was a Monday afternoon) which is a shame however when it did arrive we were very impressed by portion sizes and taste. Was all delicious and generous amounts.

At £10.25 for a full English, I was expecting good quality, and quantity, 1 fried egg, 2 burnt cheap rashers of bacon a pot of beans, and (2 cheap straight sausages poor quality not Cumberland as advertised) and 2 pieces of margarine on toast. The breakfast as a whole was like a €3 lads holiday fry up in Benidoorm, service was good tho, lovely venue and quick with the food better quality ingredients and more items would score higher
