Friendly staff, very helpful, never too crowded and always have great books on offer. I like to go for their buy one get one half price table. Click and collect is also handy.

An excellent bookshop and suck polite, charming and knowledgeable staff. One of the team there had published his own work. The team are very supportive and give top advice if one doesn't know an author or seeking advice on a pook for a person.

Waterstones in Lisburn have the most wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff in any bookstore I've been, they all just seem so happy to be there and assist.There's a great selection of books on offer across a range of genres and if they don't have it, they'll happily order it in for you. This particular store has a monthly book club and launch parties too, which have always been really well attended.

Well laid out store, friendly staff, great selection of books. Easy to find what your after due to how it's categorised. Childrens section is huge and very easy to find what you are after. Great store also if you want an ideal gift that isn't a book also, they have some great toys and adult gifts too
