I have used Access Cameras for several years and found that the units are well built and last longer than others that we have used in the past. I would not use any other camera system, they do exactly what they say. I started with the suit case system and then progressed to the Pro series. The after sales service is great, you are dealt with professionally and someone to offer advise, and if there are any issues they understand that getting you back up and running is important and do this very quickly. I recent had a minor wear and tear issue which was turned around in a matter of days, they arranged collection and made the process easy. A great company to deal with and long may they continue.

I purchased a drain camera a good few years ago and it just didn’t work last week, I phoned about it on Tuesday and within a couple of hours a courier had collected it.Wednesday afternoon I get a phone call telling me exactly what was wrong with it and that I could still still use the unit without the battery pack.No hard sell no mucking me about, opted for a new battery pack and the unit was back with me on Thursday morning.Best customer experience I’ve had for years from anyone !
