Marco's French & Italian Lessons

I have been having Italian lessons with Marco for about four months. First and foremost, Marco is a kind person and has been a generous and encouraging teacher. I have found the lessons to be challenging but without putting too much pressure on the student. Marco strikes a good balance between different exercises (speaking, writing, reading, grammar etc.) and uses a number of different methods to keep things engaging (videos, slides, audio). He sends audio messages and zoom transcripts to help with pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar that has been covered in the lessons, which has proved a useful reference tool. Marco has also been flexible with short notice changes to lessons and is always prompt in reviewing homework submitted, which I have appreciated. Thanks Marco.

Marco has been teaching me italian for the last year and has done an amazing job!I have had some very specific requirements, we bought a house in Italy and didn't appreciate the difficulty we would have interacting with any Itallian administration! Marco has taken me through the basics of saying hello, goodbye, asking for tickets and up to how to apply for planning permission, arrange a solicitor and pay tax...he is VERY patient and I would reccomend him to anyone who is nervous about learning a new language.His prices are very competative too, which is always nice!

Marco is an amazing Italian teacher and a great person! I would highly recommend him as a tutor. I am a freelancer living in London and have been having Italian lessons with Marco for a year now. I was finding it difficult to find a tutor in London who would be happy to teach with my unpredictable work schedule. Using Skype for lessons has worked out perfectly, and I can change which day I have a lesson week by week. I was trying to learn for at least a couple of years before I met Marco, but I found it very difficult, and didn’t practice enough. My husband and I wanted to learn some basic French for when travelling abroad, we saw Marco's advertisement and responded. Marco is friendly, pleasant and very patient yet at the same time professional. Having purchased a house in France my wife and I needed to improve our French, Marco came highly recommended to us. Both of us being very busy people Marco goes at a pace that suits us, everything is explained as we have gone along in a light and sometimes humerous way.Whether you need additional tutoring for school exams, buying a property or like us, just to be able to have a conversation in French, we can't recommend Marco highly enough.
