Had a Trudoor fitted back in 2021. Been fine apart from original barrel going on it which Morgans came straight out to. Had a crunching noise on handle when locking over past few days. Rang Morgans. Spoke to Mark. Very polite indeed. Explained the problem. Mark said someone would be out tomorrow. Within a couple of hours, Lads turned up and sorted it. Great after care. Really polite lads underpinning Morgans “A family run business you can trust” slogan. This is what a local business should be. Not difficult but you do have to have the staff on your side. Just gain trust from your market and you will be rewarded. Obviously a very good business ethos. Thank you Mark and the lads that came out. It really was very much appreciated. Great company.Mark the manager discussed my needs and suggested I go from dark oak to white on the inside with white sills and light oak on the outside. What a difference the whole house is lighter and brighter. I am glad Mark suggested the white and brown windows and doors. Darren, Michael and Lee are prophesional tidy and very good at what they do. I have enjoyed all three working at my house and enjoyed their company. You will not go wrong with this company I fully recommend them....well done chaps.....
