Great experience when buying engagement then wedding rings. I had sketched out some ideas for the engagement ring and chatted through them with Ryan (Mr Spicer) - he helped me understand how to improve the design, and showed me different colours/types of the stone I wanted to finish it off. The finished product looks great, and goes really well with the wedding band next to it now. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want a custom job.Ryan's enthusiasm and joviality made the whole process enjoyable and memorable. And if you don't know what you're after he'll be sure to help out.

Absolutely amazing service from Ryan and a stunning ring finished ahead of schedule.During the Covid-19 lockdown I bought a ring for my fiancee without being able to see it. I then took this ring to RJ Spicer once they were able to reopen.They custom built her new ring using the the blue gem colourscheme of the original and redesigned the less desirable factors.I was then able to present this ring to her on the canals of Amsterdam due to lockdown restrictions being eased.I would highly recommend this company to anyone and can not believe the quality of both the ring and the service.Thanks againCarl & Lily

We got a fantastic engagement ring from R J Spicer. We'd visited a lot of jewellers and we're struggling to find what we were looking for, but Ryan and Lisa sorted us out in no time. A great service, lovely designs, and a really nice well made ring. Don't bother looking elsewhere!

I was recommended to try R J Spicer as I wanted some old rings belonging to my parents melted down and made into two others for myself and my sister. With no idea how this could work Lisa and Ryan helped us to design two rings and the end results were wonderful!I was so pleased I had two others rings altered and then commissioned Ryan to make an eternity ring for me. Ryan and Lisa helped me choose the correct stones and Ryan made the most perfect ring which is absolutely amazing.I cannot recommend highly enough. There really is no need to go anywhere else!!

Ryan and Lisa are are just brilliant! I was new to Cheltenham and searching for the right engagement ring for my girlfriend. I didn’t really know what I was looking for but I knew after countless jewellers I hadn’t seen it yet. I got a tip off from a friend about R J Spicer, and Ryan and Lisa found the perfect ring for me within minutes. My girlfriend loved it more than I could of dreamed of and still says to this day she never would have been able to choose anything more perfect herself. After that we didn’t even look anywhere else for our wedding rings. Lovely people, wonderful service and great prices - but most importantly incredible jewellery! I can’t recommend them more highly.

Went in on my lunch break with a coworker to buy a retirement gift for someone. It was my first time visiting and I am impressed! They allowed us to browse even without an appointment and were so helpful when we were deciding between pieces. They have a lovely selection of jewellery, from small studs to more statement necklaces. Very reasonable prices as well. That paired with the lovely staff member who helped means I will be a repeat customer!

I have just had a pink sapphire and diamond ring remodelled and it is absolutely stunning. Ryan is so talented, his designs are amazing. He also made me a tsavorite and diamond ring which is also stunning,now thinking what I can put with that.His workmanship is second to none, and if you want something really special this is the place to go to in Cheltenham. The service is excellent, never pushy and they listen to what you require. Lisa and Ryan are a lovely couple, you will be hard pressed to find anyone nicer.Thank you for all the happiness my rings bring me, Liz.

Not only is the engagement ring designed and made by Ryan even more beautiful that we could have expected, but the follow up service has been exceptional. Now we just have to wait for an excuse to go back again! Can't recommend enough.
