Bespoke JPL supplied and fitted some new oak doors for us with new handles and a lock for my bathroom. They worked quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. Would use them again

Me and my partner contacted this company in April 2023 to come and fix a broken interior door, change the frame and architrave surrounding. Call out was fairly quick, coming that same week to have a look. Since then we have still not received a quote, keep continuously being told the quote will be completed and sent over, we have asked for other work to be done too but still having to push for a response. I was told last week (nearly July by this point) that a quote would be done over the weekend and sent over, we heard nothing, I called on the Tuesday the following week and was told it would be over in the next few days. I have still not received this quote, have tried to call and speak to someone but left a message with no follow up call back. I’m very disappointed as we have waited months for this to be completed, whilst trying to keep a dog and a cat separate for the work to still be outstanding and us no further forward. I’m going to now have to look for another company to come and complete the work.

Bespoke JPL and the team built an outdoor office for me and my wife. They were great through the whole process of planning and building. We’re super happy with the results. The project as per the estimate. Can’t recommend enough.

I had 4 rooms and a conservatory that needed plastering. Bespoke JPL did a great job, leaving everything just as we had hoped for- clean, tidy and all done efficiently to an amazing standard!

Andy and the team were fantastic. A friendly polite bunch of lads that did a great job turning our back garden from a dangerous mess into a lovely open space. They went above and beyond, always suggestions ideas as to how things could be improved and helping with things outside the scope of the project, such as helping move heavy furniture we had delivered and fixing a back door we were having major issues with. Will definitely use them again for future projects all around the house.

Bespokes team was absolutely fantastic putting up posts and feather edge fencing and creating a planter to house the front of our property. Also painted our trims. It was a lovely renewal of our curb appeal and all looking spectacular now. Even with small jobs they go the extra mile! Will be using them from now on
