Excellent customer supportMinor but annoying glitches in the online formZekky on the team was super helpful, stayed online with me while I was filling out a form and answered a LOT of questions I had. The application took longer than it could have due to technical bugs in the webapp, but Zekky was kind enough to manually fill out parts of the form for me.
