I had the best experience with Cake Box in Uxbridge. Very nice staff, helpful and polite.First of all the cake is so delicious and you planted a wide smile twice on my father’s face in his 88 birthday, thank you Kam, thank you Cake Box, you are the best❤️

Very good experience.The staff was helpful, the online ordering experience was really great.The cake we brought tasted awesome.Had a wholesome experience.But I felt that the online order is more expensive than ordering in store.

Cake box was very helpful and delicious cake arrived on the time and with candles I ordered.Customer telephone service was excellent lady was very polite friendly and attentive which was most helpful.Fruit cake with cream was lovely light and very fresh.I highly recommend this store for all your cakes

Absolutely amazing service! Staff is so friendly, much better than the Hayes branch. I was served by a lovely lady called Gurpreet. Will always order from this branch going forward. Very helpful staff and always have a smile on their face. Thank you for the lovely cake for my sister and mum!

My go to cakeshop for every event. Beautiful and amazing staff, and beautiful selections as well. They have several flavors you can choose from. And the cheesecake is my favorite. I love it. Well deserved.

Great service as always, never dissapoints.Ordered a heart shape engagement cake with chocolate, it was done exactly the way we wanted it and the service from the ladies always was impeccable, so impressed and so happy. Been a regular customer for cakes at this specific branch and they make the experience so easy and great for us! 5 stars *****
