My knives have come back from Rodrigo looking and feeling like new. The edge on the blades is perfect, and I can't wait to use them for cooking. Price charged was very reasonable, and communication was simple and straightforward.Highly recommended.

Rodrigo did a great job taking care of my knives, when I dropped mine off to be sharpened he carefully inspected each one and gave a thorough recommendation for what work each knife would need. Very fair prices and the communication was also great throughout, will be back again in the future.

Went to togidai through a friend who had done a sharpening job there before,in 13 years as a chef I never seen someone with such a talent in sharpening,he did such a great job in 2 of my knives which the knives is better than when I did buy it,i must bring the rest of the case to him!Very happy customer,recommended for everyone I know and for sure will see me again!

I am absolutely delighted with the service from Togidai. The best sharpener out there. He knows his stuff, listens to his customers and delivers stunning results. I had a premium, brand new knife that I wasn't happy with and Rodrigo did his magic, completely transforming the way the blade performs.Definitely will only be trusting Togidai with my knives!Very highly recommended!

The help I got sending my knives was great and the result was out of this world. I was nervous sending £100s of knives but they came back beautifully sharp and polished. It’s like they’re brand new. 7 knives cost £70. Inexpensive for the quality and love given. Best sharpening service I’ve come across

Incredible service from Togidai knife sharpening, was able to pick up the knifes the next day and got them back in better condition than ever! Really reasonably priced and Rodrigo is a really friendly guy with loads of knowledge and experience in the trade.highly recommended!
