Another excellent experience at the dealership. Abbey listened to my requirements and gave advice which resulted in a solution allowing me to get my new A35. Kept in touch until hand over, a very special purchase thanks to Marshall and Abbey in particular. Will recommend to anyone. Many thanks for a 1st class service.

Useless. Never answer their phones, getting a service booked is nearly impossible. Using the online tool and it will say the type of service you chose isn’t available on your selected date (eg, with hire car/collection etc) although another option is available. Doesn’t, however, show what that option might be!My (brand new) car had a warning on the dash the day I collected it in March (was fobbed off by sales that it would disappear after a few miles- ha!) eventually repaired under warranty after lockdown 1

I serviced my car for the first time here and overall I had a very good experience. The staff were very professional and attend to your request with a smile. The place itself is very nice and conducive! Impressed.

Disappointing service experience. I arrived at 8am as advised to be told I wasn’t booked in and I was a month early. When I showed the receptionist my confirmation email from Mercedes, still no apology, just that as I’d asked for a waiting appointment I’d now have to wait. I waited til 11:40 when someone finally came to tell me that the recall and MOT still needed to be done - I could either rebook or wait until about 2pm as it would take over an hour. I got a lift home as I’d arranged a work call for 2pm. When I went back I was told that they couldn’t do the recall as they had to order the part. Mercedes, you really need to work on your supply chain. Again, no apology, just an expectation I could afford to take another day off work.Service etc. is, I am sure of an excellent standard - but the complete disregard for me as a customer disappointing.

Mercedes have always been the best and when ever I went, I have always been looked after. Nice and very clean place. I forgot the name of the sales rep and her trainee but both were excellent with the skills and knowledge they had and information given was very clear, and easy to understand.

Top quality service from Wade Turnbull & the team as always. I won’t go anywhere else for my cars & know that Wade will always do his best to find me a car that ticks all the boxes for me. Im very happy with my new car, thank you Mercedes, particularly Wade

I was looking to buy a nearly new Smart car. One of the sales team, Ivor, was courteous and helpful.He kept me updated daily with phone messages regarding availability.I really enjoyed test driving a 1.0l vehicle today. I will return to test drive the 0.9l turbo.Overall a friendly and positive experience.

Polite staff and spacious environment.

It's a bit hit and miss, sometimes the service is great and other times not so. Took over 6 weeks to get a date for my car to go in with a courtesy vehicle which I think is a little too long
