If I could 0 stars I would. Had a package for our wedding and the quality of service was awful.Chair covers not set up properly at venue, lanterns that were broken, filthy dancefloor and not as big as described, marked and scuffed Mr & Mrs signs and a magic mirror photo system that didn’t work.Not even an apology and no refunds yet either.Tried to contact for over a month and just being ignored.Just started legal procedure against them.Avoid at all cost. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with these charlatans.

The team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our wedding looked gorgeous and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much for making our wedding look like a fairytale. Jen and Matt xxxxxxx

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish with White Events. To begin with Dan looked after us and guided us through all of the options available to us. We chose a selfie mirror and pyrotechnics, plus some other things as well. Great communication and actually a lot of reassurance leading up to the big day. We were then looked after by Heather who insured that the room was set up correctly and the selfie mirror and sweet cars were professionally. This company went above and beyond. Our expectations, and we would highly recommend you and trust your special day to this group of people

White events are the best events planners.They did my launch party, my nieces christening, and my engagement party.We have officially booked our wedding in with them for November 2023! I can’t wait;Their floral displays they make in house they can do whenever you envision. They’ll bring your dreams to life,Affordable but luxury to the highest standard. The packages are unbelieveable and you get such good quality for money.They’re reliable & their communication is great. Dani and Lewis you really are doing a great job.They also have a gorgeous boutique inside their HQ which sells furniture, when you go to your wedding appointment make sure to pop your head in, I guarantee you’ll come away with something. It’s beautiful.Keep it up boys. Can’t wait to see my wedding venue already. The attention to detail is impeccable.

Not the best experience using this company. Extremely poor communication . Messaged on a number occasions but was ignored but when I did get a reply i managed to book in for consultation few days before the event but they didn’t call so i didn’t get what i would have liked for our special day. regret using this company.10th august - Sefton park palm house

Was really impressed initially but I was not provided with the service promised. I have since tried to contact many times via email with no response to express my dissatisfaction. Was very disappointed x1 of the spark streams didn’t work in my wedding. The least you could have done was an apology.
