Great staff and great selection of products!The staff go above and beyond to help out - even pointing me in another direction to buy a specific product that they don’t carry (and couldnt because of Brexit) and the Manager is knowledgeable, easily accessible to chat with and has a great range of products to choose fromMy #1 “go to” place for all things pet relatedKeep up the great work everyone! Staff extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble. Nice to see lots of people in there supporting local business. Besides ourselves everyone had their dogs in with them which is nice to see. Nice to see a local business nice and busy. And I may add a good range of quality goods

Staff generally disinterested from top level down unless you actively seek them out. Very poor mask wearing compliance throughout pandemic. Great range of items ans could be amazing if it came with a positive enthusiastic team.
