Munchies Meal Prep

Absolutely banging!

Really enjoyed the meals (I had peri peri chicken with rice, broccoli & mangetout) - tasty, healthy and really easy. Would recommend.

Great meals and excellent service, can't fault them

Service and food both incredible.Had 2 deliveries so far, communication has been great, deliveries have been contactless and on time. The food is excellent, well balanced, healthy tasty meals that are very filling. Also they allow you to customize your meal so you can pick your protein, carb and veggies!! My wife works evenings and this has been absolutely perfect for us on those nights, no prep time, no wastage. 10/10

Munchies is definitely the way to go for meal preps in Ipswich! A variety of excellent well prepared meals packed with flavour and nutrients. With deliveries twice a week you can't go wrong, still tastes fresh!
