Our neighbour removed our hedge and fenced off part of our garden. I approached WG requesting an economical meeting to discuss our chances in any legal action as I am 80 and my wife is in poor health - we can't afford too much cost or stress. I said only that I had Title Plans (2 pages!) for both properties following a previous boundary determination which defined the boundary literally to the inch. WG said that they would only meet us after they had reviewed these docs and estimated 5-10 hrs @ £220+/hr . What sort of company won't even meet with their potential client until he's committed to paying them £2000 to have read two approved plans???
